Skim Coat Mortar No. 124 / 124 L is a polymer modified mortar which consists of cement, graded sand and special chemicals to increase water retention, bonding and strength. It is designed for smoothing surface concrete works including fully-bonded concrete slabs, precast panels, parapets, and any other concrete structures. It is can be used for repairing air bubble and concrete joint. Only water is required without cement addition.
